Momzing is an exciting evidence-based physical activity program for new moms who want to start working out after having a baby. Unlike other workout videos for new moms, Momzing features over 90 workouts with babies (from 11 to 22 pounds) allowing for mommy-baby bonding and exercise at the same time. The interactive Momzing website streams the workout videos in 10-minute segments, making it easy to work out whenever there is time, even with a busy schedule. Momzing allows users to create unique workout regimens or choose one that has already been created. A workout tracker helps users create and track their exercise goals. Momzing incorporates recommendations for physical activity from the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists to ensure that workouts are appropriate for new moms. Moms who have used Momzing say that the program helps them feel energized throughout the day, gives them the opportunity to bond with their baby, and helps them create a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their families.


What are the technical requirements for using Momzing on my computer?

Currently, Momzing requires a modern browser that supports the Adobe Flash Player plug-in.

We suggest using one of the following browsers:
 • Internet Explorer 9 or higher
 • Firefox 31 or higher
 • Chrome 31 or higher
 • Safari 7 or higher

How many videos are there?

Momzing includes more than 90 unique workout videos that can be done as individual 10 minute workouts, or combined to create 20 or 30 mintue workouts!

What types of workouts are there?

There are three different types of workouts: Yoga & Pilates, Cardio, and Strength & Toning.

Are there workouts I can do without my baby?

Yes! Momzing has videos that do not include your baby, which are perfect for when your baby is napping.

What weight should my baby be to use Momzing?

Momzing is customized for moms with babies that weigh between 11-22 pounds.

Are there workouts that include my toddler?

Workouts that include babies are specifically designed for babies between 11-22 pounds. However, Momzing does include workouts that entertain your toddler while you complete your workout.

Can I create custom workouts?

Yes, all Momzing videos are 10 minutes long and can be combined to create longer workouts. You also have the option of choosing one type of workout or combining your workout to include all three types of workouts for more variety.

What do I do if the workout videos don't play?

Try again. If the video still does not play, contact support. You may also want to check if your browser meets the technical requirements described above.

Can I change my preferences after I already set them?

Yes, you can change your preferences at any time. Select "My Preferences" in the main menu. There you can change your baby's weight range and select what workout types, workout intensities, and workout lengths you want to be available.

How do I change my password?

Select "My Profile" in the main menu. There you can change your password and email address.

How do I contact tech support?

Select "Need Help?" in the main menu. There you will find a form to submit a support request. Fill in your name, email or phone, and describe the problem you are having. A member from our staff will contact you as soon as possible.
